What are Culture Kits?

Culture Kits are structured, self-paced learning experiences designed to help leaders build intentional, people-first organizations. Each kit combines reflection, frameworks, and practical exercises guided by the FLAWED Method, a six-step process that turns awareness into lasting behavior change.
Who are Culture Kits designed for?
Culture Kits are for leaders who manage people and care about doing it well. Whether you are building a team culture for the first time, trying to close the gap between your stated values and daily reality, or investing in your own leadership development, these kits meet you where you are. No HR background required.
How much do Culture Kits cost?
Individual kits are $299 each. The Foundations Bundle, which includes all three kits, is $699, offering savings compared to purchasing separately.
How long does each kit take?

Each kit is self-paced. Depending on your organization's size and how deeply you engage, you could complete a kit in 2 to 3 focused sessions or spread it over 4 to 6 sessions across several weeks. The kits are designed to slow you down and do the work properly, not to be knocked out in an afternoon.
What is the FLAWED Method?
