What is Flawed Leader?

Flawed Leader is a people-first leadership development platform for founders and leaders of growing organizations. We build structured, self-facilitated Culture Kits that help leaders do the intentional work of building strong organizational cultures, from defining vision and values to developing communication practices, people systems, and the daily leadership behaviors that make culture real.

What is the FLAWED Method(tm)?

The FLAWED Method(tm) is the proprietary framework behind every Flawed Leader Culture Kit. FLAWED stands for First Check, Learn, Activate, Way Forward, Engage, and Debrief. It is a six-step process designed to turn reflection into action and awareness into sustainable behavior. Every kit follows this method, which means the more kits you work through, the more the process becomes part of how your organization operates.

Who is Flawed Leader for?

Flawed Leader is built for founders, executives, and team leaders in organizations of 5 to 50 people. If you are building culture intentionally for the first time, trying to align your leadership team, or investing in your own development as a leader, Flawed Leader is for you.

Is there a free trial or sample?

Not currently. Each kit page includes a detailed description of what is inside, how the process works, and exactly what you will have when you are done. If you have questions before purchasing, reach out at hello@flawedleader.com and we are happy to help you figure out which kit is the right starting point.

Purchasing and Access

How much do the kits cost?

Individual kits are $299 each. Bundles, which includes multiple kits, start at $699 and saves you money compared to purchasing separately. All purchases are one-time. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

What does a facilitator license mean?

Every Culture Kit is sold as a facilitator license. One purchase covers your entire organization. You buy it, you run the process with your team. There is no per-seat pricing. One leader buys the kit and facilitates the process for as many people as needed.

How do I access my kit after purchasing?

After purchase you will receive an email with access instructions for our learning platform. Your kit will be available there immediately. You can access it from any device at any time.

Can I buy more than one kit at a time?

Yes. You can purchase individual kits separately or get the Foundations Bundle which includes all three current Foundations kits at a discount. As new kits launch throughout 2026, they will be available for individual purchase or as part of future bundles.

Do you offer refunds?

It is important to us that you're satisfied with your investment in your growth. If you complete a course and are not satisfied, please reach out to hello@flawedleader.com and we will help you with a solution.

Do you offer organizational or bulk pricing?

Not currently. Each kit is sold as a facilitator license which already covers your entire team at a single price. If you have a specific organizational need, reach out at hello@flawedleader.com and we can discuss options.

Using the Kits

How long does each kit take to complete?

Each kit will take a unique investment of time. Depending on the topic and size of your organization, you could complete a kit in as little as 2-3 working sessions and 1-3 hours or could invest 4-6 working sessions over 8-10+ hours. The kits are self-paced so you work through them on your own schedule. They are designed to slow you down, to really do the work, and integrate growth in a way that sticks. Culture Kits are not 'frameworks' that you can knock out in 15 minutes, they're intended to provide a learning and growth journey and require an intentional investment of your time.

Do I need to complete the kits in a specific order?

Each kit is self-contained and can stand alone. That said, if you are working through the a Bundle we recommend completing them in order within the bundle. The kits do often build on each other conceptually when done in that order but can be done independently of each other.

Do I need HR or facilitation experience to use these kits?

No. The FLAWED Method(tm) guides you through every step and each kit includes a team facilitation guide with step-by-step instructions. If you lead people and care about doing it well, you have everything you need.

Can I use a kit with a remote or distributed team?

Yes. The kits are designed to work in any format, in person, remote, or hybrid. The facilitation guides include notes on adapting the team engagement sessions for virtual settings.

What happens if I get stuck?

Reach out at hello@flawedleader.com and we will help you get unstuck. We aim to respond within one business day.

Can I share my kit access with others?

Your facilitator license covers your organization for the facilitation process but the kit itself is for your individual access. Please do not share login credentials. If you have a specific situation, reach out and we can discuss.

Technical Support

I cannot access my kit after purchasing. What do I do?

First check your spam or junk folder for the access email. If it is not there, reach out at hello@flawedleader.com with your purchase confirmation and we will get you sorted within one business day.

The learning platform is not loading properly. What do I do?

Try clearing your browser cache and reloading. The platform works best in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on an up to date browser version. If the issue persists, reach out at hello@flawedleader.com with a description of what you are seeing and what browser and device you are using.

I did not receive my purchase confirmation email. What do I do?

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, reach out at hello@flawedleader.com with the email address you used to purchase and we will resend it.
