We offer a full refund on a kit or bundle within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the kit at the time of your request. We can confirm completion through our learning platform.

Because our products are digital and available immediately, purchases outside this window or above this usage threshold are generally final. If something has gone wrong or the product is not what you expected, contact us at hello@flawedleader.com. We review requests individually and may grant a refund at our discretion, even outside the standard policy.
