1 - Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of flawedleader.com and the products and services offered by Flawed Leader LLC ("Flawed Leader," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Culture Kits and the AI coaching companion. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our products.

2 - Who We Are

Flawed Leader provides digital learning products and resources for leaders and organizations, delivered online and supported by an AI coaching companion.

3 - Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. If you create an account on our learning platform, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4 - Use of the Site

You agree to use the site and products only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or interfere with the service, upload harmful or unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.

5 - Digital Products, Licenses, and Access

When you purchase a Culture Kit or bundle, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that digital content for yourself and your organization's internal use. You are not buying ownership of the content itself. Access is provided through LearnWorlds, a third-party online learning platform hosted for us at learn.flawedleader.com. Your use of that platform is also governed by our Learning Platform Terms of Use and Cookie Policy, available on learn.flawedleader.com. If there is a conflict, these Terms govern your purchase and your license to the content, while LearnWorlds' platform terms govern your use of the platform itself.

Some kits and features are offered on a coming-soon basis and may change before they are released. We may update, improve, or discontinue products over time.

6 - The AI Coaching Companion

Each Culture Kit includes an AI coaching companion that guides you through the work. By using it, you understand and agree that:

It provides structured, coaching-style prompts and support to help you do the work. It is a software tool, not a person.
It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and nothing it generates should be relied on as such. You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you apply the work.
We do not guarantee any particular business, organizational, or leadership outcome. Results depend on your own effort, judgment, and circumstances.
Using the companion requires signing in with a Google account. It creates and updates documents in your own Google Drive and, if you choose, publishes your output to your own Notion. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the companion, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, extract its underlying prompts or models, use it to generate harmful or unlawful content, or use it to build a competing product.

7 - Your Consent and Ownership

You own the responses, reflections, and work product you create through the kits. That work lives in your own Google Drive and, if you publish it, your own Notion. We do not claim ownership of it.

To operate the service, you grant Flawed Leader a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and the contents of your kit document as needed to run the coaching companion and deliver your results. We use this only to provide and support the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your work, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your own copies. You can edit or delete your work in your Google Drive and Notion at any time.

8 - Our Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our products, including text, frameworks, graphics, course materials, and the FLAWED Method, is the property of Flawed Leader LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, publicly post, or create derivative products from our materials without our written permission.

9 - Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Purchases are made on flawedleader.com, and payment is processed securely through our website's checkout and its payment processor. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not collect or store your full card number. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

10 - Refunds

We offer a full refund on a kit or bundle within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the kit at the time of your request. We can confirm completion through the LearnWorlds learning platform.

Because our products are digital and available immediately, purchases outside this window or above this usage threshold are generally final. If something has gone wrong or the product is not what you expected, contact us at hello@flawedleader.com. We review requests individually and may grant a refund at our discretion, even outside the standard policy.

11 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or products will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will produce any particular result. Leadership and organizational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

12 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawed Leader will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

13 - Educational Use & Disclaimers

The courses, kits, templates, and other materials offered by Flawed Leader are educational resources intended to support leadership and professional development. They are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, nor a recommendation to take any particular action. Flawed Leader is not a financial advisor, and no content should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on our materials are your own responsibility. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on any information provided.

14 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site or products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15 - Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the site or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16 - Privacy and Cookies

Your use of flawedleader.com and the LearnWorlds learning platform involves cookies and similar technologies and our handling of personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
