How Flawed Leader works
What sets Flawed Leader apart isn't one feature. It's how two things work together: a learning architecture that gives the work structure, and a coach that carries you through it. A system that transforms learning from reading and taking notes to a supported journey of discovery and creation.
Flawed Method + Your Coach = Transformation

The FLAWED Method
The framework that drives the learning and creation process. A repeatable six step process that takes you from an honest starting point all the way to work you and your team creates. Every kit follows it, so the more kits you do, the more this becomes simply how your organization works.
THE SIX STEPS
F — First Check
Before you go anywhere, you get honest about where you are. Most leadership work fails because it starts with solutions before it understands the problem. First Check builds the self-awareness that makes everything else land.
L — Learn
Context before action. This step gives you the framework, language, and perspective you need to do the work with intention not just effort. You'll understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
A — Activate
This is where the real work happens. Structured exercises, practical prompts, and guided outputs that take you from insight to action. You leave this step with something real not just notes.
W — Way Forward
Commitment without accountability is just intention. Way Forward turns what you're builing into a concrete plan including what you're committing to, how you'll measure it, and how you'll hold yourself to it.
E — Engage
Leadership doesn't happen in isolation. This step brings your team into the work so the output isn't just yours, it's shared. Co-creation is the difference between compliance and ownership.
D — Debrief
Reflection is how growth compounds. Debrief closes the loop. You measure what changed, acknowledge what worked, and decide what comes next. This is how the FLAWED Method becomes a way of operating, not a one-time event.

Your Coach, by your side
Your Coach is the difference between a workbook and a guided build. It's powered by purpose-built AI and grounded in established coaching practice.
Here's what it actually does as you work.
IT KNOWS YOUR SITUATION
Before your first kit, you tell the coach a little about who you are: your role, your company's size and stage, how long you've been leading. It uses that to calibrate every question. A founder building values for a ten-person team and a senior leader refining them at one hundred and fifty are doing different work, and the coach knows the difference. Share as much or as little as you want. Your context then carries from one kit to the next, so you never start over.
IT GUIDES YOUR THINKING
At every reflection point, the coach is right there in the kit. Sometimes it walks you through a sequence of questions; sometimes it opens a back and forth to push a layer deeper. It holds the arc of what you're working on and where you've been in the kit so far. When an answer stays on the surface, it says so. It's direct and grounded, built to move your thinking rather than flatter it.
IT WRITES YOUR NOTES FOR YOU
This is the part people don't expect. As you respond, the coach captures your thinking into your own Google Doc automatically. No note-taking, no blank page, nothing lost. Everything you work out is saved in your own words, in a document you own.
ASK YOUR COACH ANYTIME
Stuck, or want to go further on something? Ask the coach. Because it can draw on the notes you've already built, it helps you from where you actually are, not from zero.
YOUR WORK BECOMES A CULTURE HUB
When you finish a kit, your output publishes to Notion as a clean, structured page. Do another kit and it joins the same place. Over time you're not collecting documents, you're building a living culture hub: the real operating system of your organization, in one place, growing every time you complete a kit.
IT'S YOURS, AND IT'S PRIVATE
Everything lives in your own Google Drive and Notion, under your control, deletable anytime. Flawed Leader doesn't store your context or your work. The coach reads what it needs in the moment and hands the finished output to you.
One thing the coach will never do is write your answers for you. For a product whose whole value is your own thinking about your own company, doing it for you would be a defect, not a feature. So it coaches, captures, remembers, and organizes. You build.

The Payoff
The Method gives the work structure. The companion makes sure you actually do it, and do it sharp. That's why you don't leave with inspiration or a binder. You leave with a system: the real, in-use infrastructure for how one part of your business runs, written in your voice. Do enough kits and those pieces become the operating system of the whole company. Not because you finally had it all figured out. Because you did the work anyway.
ADD - this is nonsense, we need to define the tangible takeaways

How a kit runs, start to finish
Start to finish, here's the actual experience.
MEET YOUR COACH
The very first time in, you spend a few minutes telling the coach about your situation. You only do this once. From then on it knows your context, and every kit picks up from where you are.
START AT YOUR SHARPEST GAP
Pick the kit that matches the gap you feel most. Every kit runs on the same six-step spine, the FLAWED Method, so once you've done one, you know how they all work.
FIRST CHECK
The coach opens with an honest look at where you stand on this topic today, before you build anything. You'll get clarity on where you are and where you're intending to go, all captured by your coach.
LEARN
You get the context you need, then the coach checks your thinking on it in your own words. Not a quiz, a conversation.
ACTIVATE
The real build. You start to apply what you learned with your coach guiding you and capturing every piece into your Google Doc as you go.
WAY FORWARD
You design and commit to what you'll do with it and how you'll hold yourself to it. Your Coach helps you capture these commitments.
ENGAGE
You bring your team in, run the working session the kit hands you, then capture what you built and what happened when your team shaped it.
DEBRIEF
You reflect on what changed and decide what comes next.
IT PUBLISHES
Your finished work publishes to Notion as a structured page and joins your culture hub. One gap closed, with a real system to show for it, not notes you'll never reopen.
THEN YOU DO IT AGAIN
The next kit builds on the last, and the operating system of your company takes shape one kit at a time. That's the whole idea: you're not taking a course, you're building the thing your company runs on.
