Culture Kit Bundles
Build a whole part of your organization at once
A bundle is the complete build of one whole part of your organization. Each one brings together the connected kits that belong side by side, so instead of closing a single gap, the organization builds an entire area on purpose: how it operates, how it hires, how it develops its people. The kits are sequenced to compound, each building on the one before it, and the coaching companion carries what it learns from one kit into the next, so it comes to understand the organization, not just the task in front of it.
That's what a bundle does that a single kit can't: it leaves the organization with a whole area built and working together, in its own voice, with support the whole way through. Start with the bundle that matches where the organization is right now, and build out from there.
Bundle FAQ
What exactly is a bundle?
A bundle is the complete build of one whole part of your organization. Each one groups the connected kits that belong together, so instead of closing a single gap, you build an entire area on purpose, like how your organization operates, how it hires, or how it develops its people. The kits are sequenced to build on each other, so together they produce one connected result rather than a handful of separate exercises.
Why get a bundle instead of individual kits?
Because the kits in a bundle are designed to work together, and doing them together is where the payoff is. Each one builds on the one before it, and the coaching companion carries what it learns from one kit into the next, so by the end it understands your organization, not just the task in front of it. A single kit closes one gap well; a bundle leaves you with a whole area of the company built and working as one.
Can we still buy the kits individually?
Yes. Every kit stands completely on its own, and you can start with just one if a single area is your sharpest need. The bundle is simply the way to build a whole part of the organization at once, with the kits connected the way they were meant to be.
Which bundle should we start with?
Start with the bundle that matches where your organization is right now. The bundles are organized by stage, from laying your foundations to building, growing, and scaling the organization, so the simplest way to choose is to find the stage you're in and start with the area giving you the most trouble. You don't have to work through them in order.
Do the kits need to be done in a certain order?
Each bundle has a recommended order, since the kits are built to build on each other, and following it gives each kit the context of the one before it. That said, every kit still stands on its own, so you can start wherever your need is sharpest. A few of the more structural bundles get more out of being done in sequence, and each kit flags what helps to have in place first.
Who does the work, and how is a bundle run?
It depends on the bundle. Some are built for an individual leader to work through and apply directly, with no team sessions to run. Others are facilitated: you prepare on your own, then lead your leadership team or the relevant group through the work. Either way it's self-paced and meant to be done over multiple sittings, not in one go, with the coaching companion alongside the whole way.
What do we walk away with?
A whole area of your organization, built and working together, in your organization's own voice. Each kit's finished work publishes to your culture hub, so it's usable and visible across the team, and because the kits connect, the pieces fit into one coherent foundation rather than a stack of separate documents.
Does a bundle cost less than buying the kits separately?
Yes, a bundle is priced below buying its kits one by one. You'll find current pricing on the bundle itself and in the pricing and Support details.
