Who is this bundle for, and how is it run?
It is for founders and senior leaders laying the foundation of how their organization operates. You lead the work. The first two kits are co-created with your leadership team, and the third is personal to each leader, so you facilitate the shared pieces and each leader completes their own guide. Your coaching companion is with you throughout.
What will we create by doing all three together?

Done together, the three kits produce one connected foundation rather than three separate documents: your vision, mission, and values define who the organization is, your leadership norms translate that into how leaders are expected to show up, and each leader's guide makes it personal and real day to day. What does the bundle cover?

How long does it take?
Plan for a multi-session arc across the three kits, not one sitting. Each kit combines your own focused work with team sessions for the co-created pieces, so pace it across several weeks depending on how quickly your leadership team can convene. It is self-paced, and you move through the kits in sequence.
Do I need anything in place before I start, and what order should we do them in?
Nothing is required to begin, this is the foundation everything else builds on. We recommend doing them in order: vision, mission, and values first, then leadership norms, then each leader's guide, since each one gives the next its context. That said, every kit still stands on its own if you would rather start somewhere specific.
Why these three together, and can I do just one?
You can buy any kit on its own. They are bundled because they are interconnected: values without leadership norms stay abstract, norms without personal guides stay generic, and a personal guide lands deeper when it is rooted in a shared standard.
