    Frequently Asked Questions

    What's included in this bundle?

Three connected kits that cover the full arc of bringing people in: Design Your Hiring Methodology, Design Your Interview Methodology, and Design Your Onboarding Methodology. Together they build a repeatable way to find, choose, and start the right people.

Who is this bundle for, and how is it run?

It is for founders and senior leaders who want hiring to be a repeatable practice rather than a scramble each time a role opens. All three are facilitator-driven kits with two audiences: you prepare on your own, then run sessions with your senior peers and your hiring managers, who will run the process. You facilitate; they align and build. Your coaching companion supports you throughout.

What will we create by doing all three together?

Done together, the three kits produce one continuous people pipeline rather than three separate processes. Your hiring methodology covers deciding, defining, sourcing, and screening a role. Your interview methodology takes it from shortlist to accepted offer. Your onboarding methodology carries the new hire from offer acceptance through their first ninety days. Each one hands off directly to the next, so a candidate moves through a single connected experience instead of three disjointed handoffs. Building them together is what makes the whole path hold, from "we need to hire" to a productive, bought-in new hire.

    What does the bundle cover?

The entire journey of bringing someone into your organization: how you decide and define a role and source and screen for it, how you interview and decide and close the offer, and how you onboard through the first ninety days. The full lifecycle, end to end.

    How long does it take?

This is a multi-month arc, not a quick one. Each kit runs across a few weeks of its own, combining a few hours of your prep with facilitated sessions for your senior peers and hiring managers, so the full bundle unfolds over a meaningful stretch depending on calendars. It rewards a deliberate pace.

Do I need anything in place before I start, and what order should we do them in?

Order matters here, because the kits build in sequence. Start with Hiring, then Interview (which picks up where hiring ends), then Onboarding (which begins when the offer is accepted). Hiring itself also works best when your org structure and job descriptions are already in place from the Organizational Design work, so that foundation helps before you begin. Each kit will flag what it depends on.

Why these three together, and can I do just one?

You can buy any kit on its own, but they are designed as one path. Interviewing without a hiring methodology, or onboarding without a deliberate hiring and interview process, leaves gaps a candidate falls through. Purchased together, they give you a complete, connected way to bring people in, rather than one strong stage with weak handoffs on either side.
